Physics, models, and systems that ship.

Machine Learning · Physics · Production systems

I'm a physicist working at the intersection of machine learning and scientific computing. I came from cosmology — simulations, dark-matter fields, data that doesn't fit on a laptop — and today my research also spans LLMs and VLMs applied to medical imaging. I care about the whole arc: an idea, a model, and the unglamorous work of getting it into production.

Industry

End to end: research, computer-vision models, LLM and agentic systems, packaged as APIs that hold up under real traffic.

Teaching

Adjunct professor of Data Warehousing & Mining at Facultad de Ciencias, UNAM — where I learn as much as I teach.

Research

Cosmological simulations and neural implicit fields, plus wavelet-scattering models for accelerated, interpretable MRI reconstruction.

02

Teaching

I teach how data is stored, modelled and interrogated before any of it becomes a model, bringing examples straight from what I'm building that same week.

Let's talk

If you're working on cosmological or medical-imaging ML, or on getting research into production, I'd like to hear about it. Read more about my background on the about page.
